Through a special program offered by Post University Online, a growing number of Active Duty Military Personnel are pursuing their college degrees while serving our country. For Army SPC Miquel Ellis who's stationed in Iraq and his wife Keisha, who's taking classes from their home in Georgia, it's more than a chance to get an education. It's a chance to stay connected. Both are pursuing degrees in Criminal Justice through the university's Accelerated Degree program. Post University staff arranged for the couple to take the same course, so even if Keisha hasn't gotten a phone call or email from Miquel in a couple of days, she can breathe a sigh of relief when she logs on to her course and sees that he's logged on too.
