THE MALCOLM BALDRIGE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS RECEIVES ACBSP ACCREDITATION
.
In September, we celebrated a very exciting moment for our business school - its naming after former Secretary of Commerce under Ronald Reagan and well-known business leader, Malcolm Baldrige. Less than a year later, we are thrilled to make another pivotal announcement: After undergoing an intensive review process, the Malcolm Baldrige School of Business (MBSOB) has recently received accreditation from the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), in addition to our New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) accreditation. This national accreditation is a testament to the high quality of the MBSOB, its faculty, its students, and its alumni!

Alumni now have the opportunity to be Founding Donors for the MBSOB Scholarship Fund through the Connecticut Community Foundation. If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation in honor of Malcolm Baldrige and our ACBSP accreditation, and in support of future business leaders, click the link below.

80-YEAR-OLD STUDENT PROVES LEARNING IS LIFELONG
March 4, 2013 marked the start of Mod 4 for thousands of students from our Online Education Institute. But for 80-year-old Naugatuck, Conn. native Charlotte Butler, it was more than just the start of new classes.

.

It was the day Charlotte became one of the oldest students ever to enroll at our 123-year-old institution. It was the moment she embarked on a higher education because she believes "a smarter America is a stronger America."

It was the moment when she set an example for her 59- and 60-year-old sons, and 19-year-old adopted foster son, to go to school and earn their college degrees. And most of all, it marked the moment she demonstrated that it's never too late to go back to school, and that you're never too old to earn your college degree!

WORK BEGINS ON NEW ATHLETICS FACILITIES
The Post Eagles have had many reasons to celebrate already this spring. Now, we're giving them one more! Renovations have begun on Paparazzo Hall, one of Post University's six residence halls, and will include the addition of two new locker room facilities for both home and visiting sports teams. The building's proximity to LaMoy Field makes it the perfect home for this addition. In addition to the new athletic rooms, the entire hall will also be fully renovated. More campus improvements are also in the works, including a new roof for the Traurig Library and other landscaping and beautification projects. As always, we welcome our alumni to take a visit to campus to check out the improvements!
