Each of the following functional areas strives to foster a work force dedicated to performance excellence, mutual respect, diversity, and the well-being of all members of the University by establishing personnel policies that are competitive, fair, and understandable.

Talent Acquisition (Recruiting)
We further the University’s mission by finding, attracting, hiring and retaining the best and the brightest talent. Throughout the employee search and hiring process, Talent Acquisition provides guidance and assistance to both hiring managers and potential employees.
Human Resources Partner
We provide strategic and tactical Human Resources management and support to the different departments of the University. We introduce and implement strategic and operational people solutions for internal clients that help the University achieve its objectives. We work closely with senior leaders, managers, and employees to translate the University’s requirements into solutions.
Benefits Administration
We help employees understand and manage their benefits, including health, dental, disability, flexible spending accounts, 401K and tuition benefit programs, as well as a range of voluntary benefits that employees can sign up for. Employees are able to access their information through the self-service portal called Employease (http://www.eease.com).
Payroll/Records/Compensation
We ensure that pay practices are fair across the University and that Post University remains competitive with local and national labor markets. We maintain employee personnel records and provide employment verification. We assist employees and managers to troubleshoot any issues or questions regarding employees’ quota balances (PTO, sick, etc.).
Training & Development
In conjunction with our managers, we organize and facilitate a wide range of training that is designed to foster employees’ growth and development.
Student Campus & Community Work Study Employment
Student Campus & Community Work Study Employment
We help the University’s students find work study employment on and off campus through the Federal Work Study Program.
Associate Faculty Employment
Throughout the employee search and hiring process, we provide guidance and assistance to both hiring managers and potential employees in matching qualified Associate Faculty members with available positions.
Employee Relations
We provide guidance and assistance to management and staff in the interpretation and administration of University’s policies and provide guidance in resolving work-related issues such as employee performance and conduct, performance management, and organizational planning and development.
Labor Relations
We address questions and concerns involving contract interpretation and administration, employee discipline, and grievances.
