Associate Faculty – Master of Human Services (MSHSV)


Post University is currently accepting applications for the role of Associate Faculty – Master of Human Services (MSHSV)

Job Summary:

Post University is looking to establish a pool of experienced helping professionals to fill potential part-time temporary teaching positions in the Burke School of Public Service. Associate Faculty members will be required to teach 8 week hybrid courses. Individuals will be asked to teach face-to-face sessions on our Waterbury campus in addition to online instruction using Blackboard as part of the hybrid model. The hybrid courses are offered face-to-face either Saturday mornings or week day evenings. Hybrids are offered year round. Individuals must be interested in teaching hybrids as we are not looking for online-only instructors at this time.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Master's Degree required; Terminal degree (i.e. PhD, etc.) preferred in a helping-related profession
  • Substantive teaching experience (over two years) preferred
  • Substantive work experience (over five years) preferred
  • Experience using Blackboard preferred
