Assistant Academic Program Manager - Psychology

Post University is currently accepting applications for the role of AAPM for Psychology within the John P. Burke School of Public-Service.


Post University is seeking a forward-thinking and collaborative leader in the field of Psychology to help manage the Psychology program. The Assistant Academic Program Manager (AAPM) in Psychology is a full-time position within the John P. Burke School of Public Service. The AAPM will help insure that quality and consistency are being applied in the undergraduate Psychology courses.


  • Master’s degree in Psychology or related field required. Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology or a related field preferred
  • Previous teaching experience required
  • Experience working with Blackboard preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
    • Participate in the training of new adjunct instructors
    • Mentor new and existing adjunct instructors
    • Monitor adjunct instructor performance to insure that courses are being properly administered and taught.
    • Teach 10 courses on the Main Campus and/or online per year
    • Course development and redesign
    • Review and update the structure and content of current courses
    • Other projects and/or administrative duties as determined by the Academic Program Manager (APM)
