Post University is currently accepting applications for the role of Dean of The Malcolm Baldrige School of Business at Post University.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Malcolm Baldrige School of Business (MBSOB) at Post University is seeking a visionary leader capable of inspiring others to embrace the Baldrige principles of ethical leadership, innovation, and business excellence. The Dean will lead a dynamic team of scholar-practitioners responsible for educating traditional and online students enrolled in our rapidly growing school of business.

The Malcolm Baldrige School of Business is the largest of the University’s four Schools, and currently includes six undergraduate degree programs and the second largest MBA Program in the State of Connecticut.
The Dean will report directly to the Provost, and be part of the Deans Council.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Earned doctorate in one of the academic disciplines represented in the MBSOB
  
• Minimum three years of successful academic administrative experience with demonstrated budgetary and leadership skills
  
• Strong commitment to teaching excellence, and a minimum of five years teaching on ground and/or online
  
• Familiarity with the National Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence
  
• Previous experience in curriculum and course development. Familiarity with outcomes-based curriculum
  
• Regional and national accreditation experience preferred
