JOB SUMMARY:
The Malcolm Baldrige School of Business (MBSOB) at Post University is seeking a visionary leader capable of inspiring others to embrace the Baldrige principles of ethical leadership, innovation, and business excellence. The Dean will lead a dynamic team of scholar-practitioners responsible for educating traditional and online students enrolled in our rapidly growing school of business.
The Malcolm Baldrige School of Business is the largest of the University’s four Schools, and currently includes six undergraduate degree programs and the second largest MBA Program in the State of Connecticut.
The Dean will report directly to the Provost, and be part of the Deans Council.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Qualified applicants must hold a doctorate degree in an MBSOB-related field and have prior teaching and higher education administration, strategic planning and budgeting experience. Practical experience in managerial positions within the business world is preferred.
