Post University is currently accepting applications for the role of Military Program Academic Advisor.
The Assistant Director of ADP Advising and the Director of Military Programs will jointly manage this position. The MPAA provides advising services to accelerated degree program students enrolled through the Military Program, both online and at our regional locations. The MPAA supports adult students in our Accelerated Degree Program with academic advising and assistance with university processes. The MPAA maintains relationships with students and is a critical part of the university’s ongoing retention efforts. Our advisors are proactive guides and academic coaches and focused on maximizing Military ADP student graduation rates. The MPAA presents informational workshops, works closely with Military Admissions, Registrar’s Office, Military Student Accounts and Military Financial Aid to provide a high level of service to students, and maintains advising files for all Military Program students. The MPAA advisor will be required to work some evenings and Saturdays. Of primary importance will be to support the USAREC and NORU students enrolled to Post University as part of the University’s partnership agreements with these agencies.
