Multimedia Content Developer

Post University is currently accepting applications for the role of Multimedia Content Developer.


The primary duty of the Multimedia Content Developer is to design and develop a variety of graphics, animations, audio, video productions, and other content or presentation materials to enhance all academic courses, training courses, and electronic help/performance systems for using online or mobile delivery platforms. This position works closely with the Instructional Design team and reports to the Director of Instructional Design.


  • BS or BA degree; Communications - Media, Digital Design, or similar degree; Masters’ preferred.
  • Experience in Higher Education online course development desired.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience developing interactive multimedia graphics, objects, audio, and video.
  • Proficient web and multimedia programming.
  • Experience with Adobe Master Suite of products.
  • Knowledge of color theory and visual design concept.
  • Ability to integrate technology into courses.
  • Video production highly desired (from shooting the video to post production).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate through interactive communications in a creative, professional, and aesthetically pleasing manner.
