OEI Registration Coordinator


Post University is currently accepting applications for the role of OEI Registration Coordinator.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position assists with the daily operations of the Registrar's Office. The position is a front line administrator for the Online Education Institute (OEI) who processes registrations and addresses general questions through phone and email for students in the University’s Accelerated Degree Programs (ADP). This position requires confidentiality, exceptional professional etiquette, a solid work ethic, and a customer service attitude. This position requires a flexible schedule and weekend hours as needed to meet the operational needs of the Office. Processes Accelerated Degree Program (ADP) student registrations and monitors the On-line mailbox. Assists in maintaining and updating ADP student academic records; including Official withdrawal, grade changes, and Web Registration Assist students in the use of Blackboard and Web Reg and trouble shoots issues that arise with student use assists with processing transcripts and enrollment verifications as requested by students and alumni Assist with setting up new courses, and processing registrations as it relates to OEI

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2 to 3 years previous clerical and data entry experience required; experience in a Registrar's preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral communication and organizational skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work in an environment with continuous interruptions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. Familiarity with Jenzabar, Blackboard and NSLDS.
  • Professional, courteous demeanor and ability to work collegially with others.
  • Possesses understanding of student records policies and FERPA;
  • Excellent phone, email, and face-to-face communication skills; maintains a positive attitude.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and implement assigned responsibilities and to work well under pressure to meet established deadlines.
  • Enjoys working with and supporting adult and traditional student populations.
  • Database management skills including report writing, ability to import data, maintain records, and generate reports using extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
