More Information for Tutors

We have, in conjunction with Post University, created a scholarship opportunity for students working with Learning Power. This scholarship is an annual grant of up to $8,000 provided the awardee is accepted to the University and it is renewable for four-years as long as the student remains in good academic standing (with a cumulative grade point average of 2.0).

Post University recognizes that many students face a variety of admissions challenges as they move from high school to college. As a result, Post maintains a rolling admissions program that enables students the flexibility to seek admission throughout the year and into the summer months prior to a given academic year or as long as seats are available. The focus at Post is on “each student, every day” and this is especially true in their admissions and academic processes. They believe each student is unique—each with his or her own background, circumstances, and academic history. Post believes that their ideal student is a reflection those participating in our tutorial programs—those who are willing to do the hard work necessary to achieve their academic goals. Post provides a highly individualized educational support structure to all students so that they can achieve their goals, in college, in life and in their careers.

Post University scholarships will be awarded in the name of the specific tutor referring the student and will include the name of Learning Power. You can use the form on this page to refer students you consider to be worthy of such an award. Before making a referral please inform the student and his or her parents of your intention.
