Teaching Background:

David C. Smith, Esq., has served as an Adjunct Instructor of Professional Studies at California University of PA from 2007 to the present.  He is also an Adjunct Instructor of Business Law for Harrisburg Area Community College in Harrisburg, PA, and has taught Legal Studies as an Associate Faculty for Post University since 2010.

Teaching Philosophy:

Smith aims to challenge students to assimilate the material provided in the course textbook and additional resources;  to take the initiative and do additional research on current topic areas; and think ‘outside the box’ when formulating solutions to everyday issues encountered as practitioners in field of legal studies.
