Academic Background:

Teaching Background:


Greg has facilitated classes (undergraduate and graduate) since 1996 in the Adult Learning environment. Greg has experience in both the traditional and online environments including the creation and management of Hewlett-Packard's move towards online learning and away from the traditional classroom corporate training environment.

Professional Background:


Over eighteen years experience in the field of technology with Hewlett-Packard. Duties included the following.

Project Manager (Digital Cameras and Enterprise Software)

Program Manager (Learning and Training - online)

Teaching Philosophy:


Greg is interested in sharing experiences in the technology arena and encouraging students to share their experiences as well. Greg is also interested in developing student's interests in technology and providing an environment that is rich in activities and discussions to facilitate an environment of learning and growth.

Competitive Youth Baseball Coach       (13 years)

Commissioner on Youth Baseball Board       (3 years)

Personal Background:


Greg enjoys a number of outdoor activities including skiing, running, hiking, golf, and biking. A life-long goal is to play guitar in a bluegrass band.

Research/Academic Interests:


Greg is interested in the following research and academic areas.

Developing additional online tools for learning (multi-media).

Creating more real-world technology examples for learners.
