Academic Background:

  • In the dissertation phase for Ph.D. in Education at Capella University
  • Master of Education (Instructional Technology) - American Intercontinental University
  • Bachelor of Arts in German and Liberal Studies (Business & History/Political Science) - Southern Connecticut State University
  • Universitaet Heidelberg, Heidelberg, Germany - Studied German on full scholarship

Teaching Background:

Before joining Post University, Jennifer Bouchard developed and delivered many corporate training programs in technology, education and virtual worlds, knowledge management and learning, business processes, and professional / leadership development. 

Professional Background:

In Ms. Bouchard’s current position, Academic Program Manager for Post University’s Master of Education program, Teaching & Learning concentration, she has a variety of responsibilities.  Not only does she teach, but she is also responsible for updating course material as well as developing new courses.

While continuing her graduate education, Ms. Bouchard worked at Save the Children for nearly seven years.  Upon leaving, she was the Deputy Director, Global Knowledge Management & Learning, serving 15,000 staff members in over 100 countries.

Ms. Bouchard has also held various positions in the finance, insurance, education and training, and non-profit sectors.
