At Post University, our athletes are not just competitive on the field; they're competitive in the classroom, in the job market, and in life.  Our goal is to create a balance between athletic success, academic excellence, and personal development.  So, rather than view athletics as something students do when they leave the classroom, we view it as an extension of the learning process.

Post University's athletics program is committed to helping our student athletes develop the leadership skills, discipline, and commitment to excellent performance they'll need to succeed both on and off the field.

At Post, we look to instill an equal passion for the game and for academic achievement.  We subscribe to the NCAA's belief in and commitment to the student-athlete: "The collegiate model of athletics in which students participate as an avocation, balancing their academic, social and athletics experiences."

Post University athletics routinely participates in postseason play.  Our coaches push their players to do their best – whether they're the leading scorer or the 15th man.  We strive to develop student athletes who will graduate as experienced team players who understand the value of hard work, discipline, teamwork, and leadership – all skills they will need to meet their future career and life goals.

Post firmly believes in the importance of physical activity and encourages student participation on many levels.

Post University competes in the NCAA Division II.
