Ms. Kleeman focuses on stress-reduction, mindfulness, flexibility, and strength-building.  This class is open to all students, faculty, staff, and administration.  We suggest wearing comfortable clothes and bringing a Yoga mat.

Every Tuesday during the semester,
5:30 to 6:45pm - Mentoring Men of Color

Location: Cyber Cafe
This is a supportive and mentoring group for young men of color but is open to any male students who attend Post University. The group is facilitated by Bernard Bailey who is a community organizer in Waterbury. He volunteers his time to meet with these students on a weekly basis. The purpose of the group is to engage students in developing a personal philosophy of leadership that includes self, others, and the community.
The Mentoring Men of Color group has the following goals:
  1. To recognize every member of the Mentoring Men of Color group as a potential leader.
  2. To provide students opportunities to practice leadership.
  3. To empower students to understand and realize their civic responsibilities.

Okinaga Hall Lounge
Let’s talk about sex, baby! Come talk and learn about sex, decision-making, STDs, unplanned pregnancy, and much more at Sexploration! Facilitators from Planned Parenthood will provide pizza and refreshments while answering your questions and concerns regarding sex in this game- and prize-filled student favorite program.

Make the commitment to "Kick the Butt" for the day – or forever! – by signing the Kick the Butt pledge. If the time is right for you to quit smoking, this is your opportunity to kick your habit to the curb once and for all!

Location: Eagles Nest
Imagine hearing and seeing your favorite superstars on one stage – Austin Powers, Macy Gray, Ozzy Osbourne, Mick Jagger, and Janis Joplin, just to name a few! Do you like magic? Elton John or Michael Jackson performing magic while singing their most popular hits will make your head spin! Brandon Styles brings comedy and audience participation to his amazing show. Don’t miss this opportunity to catch a world-wide award winning impersonator and magician!

Mar 27th, 2pm to 5pm - Paintball Tournament

Location: Extreme Paintball (bus leaves from Okinaga parking lot at 2pm)
Another "Ultimate" event! Come play ‘capture the flag,' eliminating the other team with paintballs. This is an outdoor event, so please wear weather-appropriate clothing.

apr 5th, 12pm to 5pm - American Red Cross Blood Drive

Location: Eagles Nest
More than ever, the American Red Cross is in need of blood donors. Post University is proud to be able to host this blood drive in the Eagles Nest. All blood types are needed! The holiday season is especially hard on blood banks across the state and nation. Do your part and donate blood this month … help save a life!

Think you can keep a straight face…no matter what? Think again! The folks from We Can Make You Laugh are coming back to campus for another night of hilarious comedy that’ll have you falling out of your seat!

Marty Essen brings his high-energy, seven continents, digital slide show to Post University. Come for the beauty of nature, but also be ready for some laughs, surprises, and a few interesting facts about the world we live in.

Location: Cyber Cafe
Tired of that same old grocery bag you use at Stop & Shop? Spice it up! Bring your creative side to the Cyber Café and create your own, amazing, personally unique bag. Don’t need one yourself? Make one for Mom!

Remember the Chia Pet? Of course you do! Post University is proud to bring back that ‘90s-era grab bag staple. Come to Cyber Café and start your very own Green Head; just make sure you water and take care of it in your room for the rest of the semester!

Each year marks the birth of the modern environmental movement. The fight for a clean environment continues today! Location: Bronx Zoo (bus leaves from Okinaga parking lot at 10am)
