TUITION PLANNER
FULL-TIME POSITION
Post University is currently accepting applications for the role of Tuition Planner.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for counseling and advising of new day, night, or online students on financial aid. Coordinates the new student finance process by interviewing students, determining eligibility, ensuring all paperwork is completed and forwarded if necessary. Provides excellent customer service to students and works to overcome student issues/problems to promote student success and persistence.
This position requires some evening and weekend hours to meet the operational needs of the Office of Student Finance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or one to two years related and/or training experience required.
- Must have excellent PC skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet applications and database software.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to work in a team oriented, objected focused environment.

ADP ENROLLMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Job Summary:
The ADP Enrollment Representative is responsible for responding to student inquiries regarding admissions in the online and satellite campuses of Post University. The ADP Enrollment Representative will utilize relationship building skills, excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to gain commitment from prospective students in this high volume position.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred; however an equivalent combination of education, experience or training can be substituted for the bachelor's degree.
- Experience in a higher education admissions and/or recruiting position with a consultative sales approach to successfully promote our program is desired.
- Prior call center, customer service, marketing, and/or sales experience a plus.
- Ability to display superior relationship building and communication skills including an excellent phone presence and personality.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet applications and database software are a must.

ICT SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN LEVEL II
FULL-TIME POSITION
JOB SUMMARY:
ICT Systems Technician –Level II works closely with staff, faculty and students to provide tech support in offices, classrooms, public room spaces and residential halls and set up and break down computer labs as assigned by ICT Infrastructure Manger and Director of ICT. This position is responsible for performing all procedures needed to ensure system stability, as well as responding to support calls, prioritizing, diagnosing, and resolving problems. The ICT Systems Technician level II will provide excellent customer service throughout the university by utilizing his or her strong technical skills and interpersonal skills.
This position requires a flexible schedule and some evening and weekend hours to meet the operational needs of the ICT office.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred; however an equivalent combination of education, experience or training can be substituted for the bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Exchange 2003/2007 Administration.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience configuring and maintaining routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Windows/Active Directory Administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Proven analytical and problem solving abilities
- Experience implementing, configuring and maintaining VPN's, IIS, FTP
- Experience with managing MSDN and licensing, etc
- Experience with NEC phone switching or any experience with PBXs is a plus.
- Ability to repair Windows based computer systems.
- Experience in an institution of higher education is preferred but not required.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with other employees at all levels and with diverse student populations.
- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in desktop operating systems from Windows 98 to Windows Vista.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement assigned responsibilities and to work well under pressure to meet established deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and provide exemplary customer service along with a professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Must be able to lift and carry 20+ pounds.

REGISTRAR

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of the VP of Academic Affairs, the Registrar is responsible for oversight of the student information system, including process improvement, information processing, and security, maintenance, and report generation. The Registrar works closely with other departments at the University to ensure compliance with all state, regional and federal guidelines set forth. Management activities include, staffing, scheduling, budget, space allocation, and the university catalog.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- IT Experience, particularly in Jenzabar, CampusView or BANNER
- Bachelor's Degree Desired, Master's Degree Preferred
- Previous University Record Keeping Experience
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with students, faculty, staff and administration
- Strong sense of teamwork, creativity, and flexibility

STUDENT ACCOUNTS PROCESSOR-ADP
FULL-TIME POSITION
JOB SUMMARY:
To provide accounting and customer service support to the Student Accounts Office – ADP department regarding the billing and receipt of payment for students' accounts, including the collection of student's account balances. Assist with office operations including daily mail, e-mail, ordering of office supplies, daily deposit processing and preparation of appropriate office accounting records. Assignments are routine in nature and carried out in accordance with established practices and procedures. This position requires some evening and weekend hours to meet the operational needs of the Office of Student Finance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Accounting degree or equivalent A/R experience.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation skills and complete understanding of confidentiality.
