If you are looking to take Metro North to get to Post University:

1. Take Metro North from Grand Central Station and transfer in Bridgeport to Metro North traveling to Waterbury OR
2. Take Metro North from Grand Central Station and transfer in Stratford to Metro North traveling to Waterbury

If you are looking to take Amtrak to get to Post University:

1. From New York Penn Station take Amtrak to Bridgeport, CT. From there, pick up a Metro North train traveling to Waterbury, CT OR
2. Take Amtrak from New York Penn Station to New Haven, CT. From there, take Metro North to Waterbury, CT.

**There is no Amtrak Train that will take you to Waterbury, CT. you must get a connection with Metro North.**

**The Waterbury, CT station is less than 10 minutes from Post University, but is not within walking distance.**
