Tutoring Center
The goal of Post University's Learning Center is to provide students with the academic help they need to achieve their goals. These services are offered at no additional cost to students.
Post University's Learning Center provides tutoring services in a wide range of subjects to students who feel they would benefit from some one-on-one assistance. The Learning Center also reinforces classroom instruction and enriches subject content through access to multimedia equipment, including Internet-based educational programs, computer-assisted instruction, and educational instruction via CD-ROM and video programs. For students who need help with writing skills, the University Writing Center is the place to go.
All services are provided in a welcoming environment where students are encouraged to ask questions, seek out additional information, and challenge themselves to reach new academic heights.
The University Learning Center is located in North Hall.
University Tutoring Services
The University Learning Center offers one-on-one tutoring services in a wide variety of subject to all full- and part-time Post University students. Tutoring is provided by professionals and selected peers in subjects, such as accounting, finance, economics, statistics, algebra, calculus, English, and research writing.
In addition to offering course-specific learning strategies, our tutors also assist with organizational skills, essay writing, and research writing techniques. Students also may take advantage of the writing services provided in our University Writing Center.
Tutors are available at the University Learning Center during the center's normal operating hours. However, to guarantee a subject-specific tutor will be available, please fill out the University Learning Center Tutor Request Form below.
