Through a partnership between The Navy Recruiting Command and Post University, Sailors like you can complete your college degree while serving as a Navy Recruiter or Career Counselor by taking courses completely online.


College credit for military and NORU training:


  • Up to 21 college credits toward an Associate's Degree in Marketing or Management
  • Up to 48 college credits toward a Bachelor of Science Business Administration Degree in Marketing or Management
  • Transfer of credits from AARTS/SMART and other accredited universities. Transcripts are evaluated at no charge and usually within 24 hours so you know exactly which courses you need and how long it will take to earn your degree.


Post University also accepts credits earned at other accredited colleges and universities.  To learn more about transferring credits to Post University, click here.


Credits earned during your Navy Recruiting tour of duty are transferable if you move to another assignment.

+ Post University Online programs are listed in the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES) catalog, which enables students to receive tuition reimbursement support available under DANTES for the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Army Reserves, Air Force Reserves, and the Air National Guard.
