Post University Partners With Waterbury Police Department For 3rd Annual “stuff The Cruiser” Event

Waterbury Police Cruisers to Be Filled With Gifts for Holiday Toy Drive

WHAT:
Post University will partner with the Waterbury Police Department this holiday season in a  “Stuff the Cruiser” event to collect holiday toy donations. Post University faculty, staff and students will come together to fill Waterbury Police cruisers with holiday gifts for area children. 
                       
In previous years, Post University has filled three police cars with gifts. Based on previous event success, the University expects to collect even more gifts this year.

“We’ve been partnering with the Waterbury Police Department for three years now and it’s still amazing to watch how Post University’s community can come together with the Waterbury community to help ensure that all local children have a happy holiday,” said Dr. James Nardozzi, Post University’s Criminal Justice Program Manager.

Local residents are welcomed and encouraged to visit the event at any time to donate.

Dr. James Nardozzi, Post University Criminal Justice Program Manager will be present at the event. Dr. Nardozzi is a former Deputy Chief of Police of the Waterbury Police Department. Representatives from the Waterbury Police Department will also be in attendance at the event.
