Andrew Hertzmark, MBA

Andrew Hertzmark is a Partner at Generation Partners and is a Trustee at Post University.

Prior to joining Generation Partners in 2004, Mr. Hertzmark was an Associate at Galen Partners, a private equity firm focused on growth equity investments in the healthcare industry. At Galen, Mr. Hertzmark focused his time primarily on the healthcare services, information technology and medical devices industries. Mr. Hertzmark also was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Divisions of UBS and Dillon, Read & Co. where he worked on a variety of mergers, acquisitions and capital raising assignments for companies in the healthcare sector. Additionally, Mr. Hertzmark worked in the Business Development Group at Pfizer, Inc.  

Mr. Hertzmark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business. Mr. Hertzmark currently serves on the Board of Directors of Virtual Radiologic Corporation (NASDAQ: VRAD) and Shopwiki Corp. He also is a Board Member of The New York League for Early Learning and the Wholesome Wave Foundation.
