Requirements to Sit for the Kentucky CPA Exam

There are a few basic requirements that you must meet in order to qualify to sit for the Kentucky CPA Exam. The first requirement to sit for the Kentucky CPA exam is that the candidate must have earned at least a baccalaureate degree with 150 semester hours of coursework. Within these 150 semester hours Kentucky CPA Candidates must have earned at least 27 semester hours in accounting subjects, and at least 12 semester hours earned in other general business topics. In addition to these educational requirements Kentucky CPA Candidates also must be at least 18 years of age. Fortunately this state does not have state residency or citizenship requirements.
