Course Descriptions

Each course has a number. The first digit indicates for whom the course is most appropriate: 100-level courses are appropriate for all students; 200-level courses are generally not appropriate for freshmen; 300-level courses are more appropriate for juniors and seniors; 400-level courses are most appropriate for seniors. Where two course numbers are separated by a comma, the first course is a prerequisite to the second. A student may not register or receive credit for any course without having completed the necessary prerequisite(s).
