Today's fast-paced, global marketplace makes the ability to effectively identify, hire, lead and manage people an absolute necessity. The Malcolm Baldrige School of Business at Post University's Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources focuses on teaching students the specific functions of an organization’s Human Resource Department, including the development of human relations knowledge and skills that are vital to the success of any manager.  Students learn the standards of performance that are expected of managers, subordinates, and the organization and will study critical areas such as Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits from a strategic point of view. Students also explore a number of contemporary and controversial issues related to human resource management.
