Requirements to Sit for the Washington, D.C. CPA Exam
There are a few basic requirements that you must meet in order to qualify to sit for the Washington, D.C. CPA Exam. First you must have earned at least a Baccalaureate degree with at least 24 semester hours of accounting, auditing, and/or federal taxation coursework, and 3 semester hours of business law. Washington, D.C. does require that its CPA candidates be at least 18 years of age, however, they don't require U.S. citizenship or district residency.
