Biography

Academic Background:

• B.A., Communications, University of Hartford
• Masters Certificate,  Applied Project Management,  Villanova University

Professional Background:

Jim Semanski is the Owner/Principal of Living The Dream Enterprises, LLC. His company designs, develops and delivers sales, leadership and customer service training. He is also the former National Sales Training Manager for BMW of North America and alum of Post University.

Jim has more than 30 years of leadership and sales training experience as he served as a senior leader within the U.S. Marine Corps Recruiting Command where he oversaw the operations and training for the East Coast recruiting force. Jim retired from the Marine Corps in 2006. Jim is a member of the customer advisory panels for USAA Insurance Company and Cablevision.

Personal Background:

Jim lives in Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey with his wife Cathy.  They have two children; Aaron and Rebecca.
