Biography

Academic Background:

Lugauskas received her Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University, Provo, UT, in 1984.  She previously earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut, Storrs, CT, in 1981.

Teaching Background:

Prior to beginning as an Adjunct Instructor at Post University in 1991, Lugauskas served as an Adjunct Instructor at Naugatuck Valley Community College from 1988 – 1991.  She also taught at Branford Career Institute in 2000. 

Teaching Philosophy:

Lisa Lagauskus’ classroom instruction involves active participation by the students.  Her online instruction involves active participation in discussion board topics with herself and with her students. She incorporates ethics and current events into every class.

Professional Background:

Lugauskas has been teaching at the college/university level for 23 years, and brings 27 years of practical experience to Post University.
