For the Online Learners survey, Post University is benchmarked against other institutions providing distance education.¬†Compared to the ASPS, which assesses adult learners’ satisfaction, online students demonstrate increased satisfaction metrics.¬†Across the institutional metrics Post University’s scores do not change significantly, but the comparison group’s scores increase.
Comparison to National Averages
Overall the comparison group for the Online Learners survey sets a comparatively higher bar than the institutions administering the ASPS.¬† As a result, Post University had similar scores between surveys but had less success compared to national averages.¬† On this survey Post University scored significantly higher on satisfaction for one attribute and significantly lower for two.¬†

Similar types of attributes appear on the institutional strengths and challenges as on the ASPS.¬† In particular IT services, instructional content, advising, and registration services are among our strongest.¬† Faculty feedback, financial aid, and tuition value are challenge areas for Post.¬† These are relative to other Post University attributes and are not benchmarked against the national population of online learners.
